D. GRENVILLE THOMAS ACQUIRES SHARES OF NORTH ARROW MINERALS INC.

D. Grenville Thomas has acquired ownership of 3.75 million common shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc. on June 19, 2018, through a private placement. As a result of this acquisition, Mr. Thomas now owns, directly and indirectly, 10,464,035 common shares representing approximately 11.28 per cent of the issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals.

Mr. Thomas has acquired securities in the company for investment purposes. Mr. Thomas may, from time to time, increase or decrease his investment in North Arrow Minerals in the ordinary course of its business and depending upon future market conditions.
