The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposed issuance of 150,000 shares at a deemed price of five cents per share, in consideration of certain services provided to the company for the period ending July 31, 2018, pursuant to an amended deferred share unit plan for Glenn Nolan, dated Sept. 13, 2013, and effective Aug. 1, 2013.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
