CORPORATE UPDATE

Metanor Resources Inc. produced over 50,157 ounces of gold over the last 12-month period.

Ghislain Morin, chief executive officer, stated, "This represents a significant milestone for Metanor, as gold production is steadily increasing, and reaching the 50,000-ounce Au production threshold, over a 12-month period, was an important objective for Metanor."

Serge Roy, executive chairman, added: "We are very pleased with this achievement whereby Metanor has demonstrated the quality of its ore, the efficiency of its team and of its infrastructures. Moreover, with the defining of new zones pursuant to the ongoing drilling program, we can look forward to increasing the resource at Bachelor Lake in the short term."
