METANOR RESOURCES INC.: CORPORATE UPDATE

Metanor Resources Inc. has received a summons to appear in court on Nov. 10, 2014, in Senneterre, Que., to respond to charges of criminal negligence in relation to the accident which occurred in October of 2009 at the Bachelor mine.

Metanor strongly believes that these charges, filed four years after the accident, are groundless and it is confident that the facts will clearly show the absence of any wrongdoing. Metanor adds that a settlement was reached, through its insurers, with the all of the families involved in 2013, putting an end to all civil claims.
