MARTELLO TO REPORT THIRD QUARTER FISCAL 2019 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Martello Technologies Group Inc. will release its financial results for the third quarter of its 2019 fiscal year, including the three and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2018, before financial markets open on Feb. 26, 2019.

Following the release of its third quarter 2019 financial results, Martello will host a conference call with John Proctor, president and chief executive officer, and Erin Crowe, chief financial officer, at 10 a.m. ET on Feb. 26, 2019.
