The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation by Monarques Gold Corp. relating to the company's arm's-length acquisition of a 2-per-cent net smelter return (NSR) royalty on almost all of the 73 contiguous mining claims that are part of the Chimo property in Quebec, in consideration of 170,000 common shares and $8,400 as a finder's fee.

The company sold its remaining interest in the Chimo property on Sept. 10 to Chalice Gold Mines Ltd.
