Monarques Resources Inc. plans to file a prefeasibility study on its Croinor gold property on or about Oct. 17, 2014.
The corporation is currently assessing various opportunities that would allow it to develop the potential of the Croinor gold property. To this end, the corporation filed on Aug. 15, 2014, an annual information form on SEDAR (the AIF) and a notice of intention to be qualified to file a short form prospectus on Aug. 19, 2014. The Autorite des marches financiers has advised the corporation that it considered the information on the Croinor gold property and contained in the AIF to be incomplete with regard to National Instrument 51-102 respecting continuous disclosure obligations.
