The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an exploration and purchase option agreement dated June 28, 2017, between Millennial Lithium Corp., and Herman Miguel Zaballa, Carlos Eugenio Ponte and Willem Anton Hendrik Fuchter, whereby the company may acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Cauchari East expansion project, located in the Jujuy province, Argentina. Consideration is $130,000 (U.S.) cash and $120,000 (U.S.) worth of common shares, issuable at no less than $1.32 (Canadian) per share.
