MINT PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

The Mint Corp. has provided the following update. Mint Middle East LLC (MME), a company 51 per cent owned by Mint, after having been assessed and found to be in accordance with the information security standards, has received the ISO/IEC 27001:2003 certification as a vertically integrated payment solutions provider. This certification related to information security is another evidence of the capability of Mint's team and platform and further strengthens Mint's market positioning to be a best-in-class payments company meeting international standards.
