The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the documentation pertaining to the issuance of a secured Series A debenture between the Mint Corp. and a non-arm's-length lender. The lender has provided a $15-million loan that shall mature in five years and bear an interest rate of 10 per cent per year. The debenture maturity may be extended for an additional two years and will bear an interest rate of 12 per cent per year for the additional two years if extended.

Further, the company shall pay $750,000 plus issue 1.5 million broker's warrants (each exercisable into one common share at a price of 15 cents for a four-year period) to Portfolio Strategies Securities Inc., a non-arm's-length agent, in connection with the debenture.
