MAGNA INTERNATIONAL INC. - ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND NOTICE OF CONFERENCE CALL FOR FIRST QUARTER 2015 RESULTS

Magna International Inc. is holding its annual meeting of shareholders on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at the Westin Prince Hotel, 900 York Mills Rd., Toronto, Ont., Canada, commencing at 10 a.m. (Toronto time).
