MARAPHARM VENTURES INC. - STATE OF NEVADA FACILITY INSPECTION SCHEDULED - WE ARE ON THE PATH TO PRODUCTION, SALES AND REVENUE.

Marapharm Ventures Inc. has updated shareholders on the final steps to opening its first cultivation and production operations in Las Vegas, Nev. The first inspection of the company's new facilities is scheduled for April 26, 2018, with the State of Nevada. The company successfully passed these same inspections on May 30, 2017. At that time, the company was granted three recreational licences, two for cultivation and one for processing, toward its ultimate flagship build-out at this site of 294,120 square feet.

Development progress has allowed the company to begin scheduling the final, mandatory State of Nevada, NV Energy, the City of North Las Vegas Police Department, and Department of Agricultural inspections for final occupancy permits, giving the company the much-anticipated green light to begin cultivation. Marapharm is working with each authority to advance inspections to the earliest dates possible.

The company will increase communication during this significant and momentous time by posting images and reporting news to keep its shareholders and the public included in this landmark event.
