MBMI ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Robert Siu has resigned as a director of MBMI Resources Inc.

The board of directors would like to express MBMI's appreciation for his contribution to the affairs of MBMI during his tenure as a director of MBMI. The board of directors is considering whether to fill the resulting vacancy on the board, and until the board reaches a decision, and identifies and recruits a candidate for that position, the board of MBMI will comprise Christopher Aiello, Joseph Chan and Kelly Tong.
