MINERA ALAMOS INC.: EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTIONS ISSUED

Minera Alamos Inc.'s board of directors has approved the issuance of 4.35 million options to certain of its management and staff pursuant to its stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 19 cents, are subject to agreed vesting schedules and expire in five years.
