MINERA ALAMOS INC.: EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTIONS ISSUED

The board of directors of Minera Alamos Inc. has approved the issuance of 3.25 million options to certain of its management and staff pursuant to its stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 11 cents, are subject to agreed vesting schedules and expire in five years.
