The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a property purchase agreement dated May 8, 2018, between the company and Inomin Mines Inc., whereby the company purchased an option for a 100-per-cent interest in the King's Point property, located in the Newfoundland. Consideration in aggregate is $200,000 and two million common shares.
