LUNDIN GOLD SHARE CAPITAL AND VOTING RIGHTS UPDATE

Lundin Gold Inc. has provided the following share capital and voting rights update in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act.

As a result of the issuance of 21,957 common shares in connection with a previously disclosed loan facility, the issuance of 430,938 common shares in connection with a previously disclosed private placement and the issuance of 78,750 common shares in connection with the exercise of employee stock options, as at Aug. 31, 2017, the number of issued and outstanding shares of the company is 119,666,840 common shares with voting rights.
