LED MEDICAL DIAGNOSTICS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS
LED Medical Diagnostics Inc. has granted 3,075,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company, in accordance with its stock option plan. Each option has an eight-year term and is exercisable at 18 cents per share.
