The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue a total of 654,500 bonus warrants in consideration of secured debentures totalling $1.1-million. The term of the debenture is 12 months. Interest is at a rate of 10 per cent per year. Each bonus warrant is exercisable into common shares at 28 U.S. cents per share for a one-year period.
