LED MEDICAL DIAGNOSTICS ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY Q2 2015 FINANCIAL RESULTS

LED Medical Diagnostics Inc.'s preliminary revenue numbers for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, are expected to be in the range of $3.0-million to $3.3-million -- dollars in this news release are in U.S. dollars -- representing an approximate 100-per-cent increase over the prior-year period of $1.6-million. The company had expected that its year-to-date revenue for the six-month period ended June 30, 2015, to be in the range of $5.4-million to $5.6-million, representing a significant increase of 115 per cent over the prior-year period of $2.6-million. These revenue results are preliminary only and subject to finalization by the company.

We anticipate leveraging our sales momentum into the balance of the year and do reaffirm our previously provided revenue guidance of $15.0-million to $16.0-million for our fiscal 2015 year ended Dec. 31, 2015."
