LED MEDICAL DIAGNOSTICS ANNOUNCES FURTHER UPDATES TO BOARD

LED Medical Diagnostics Inc. is further updating its announcement of Sept. 2, 2014, regarding the new board of directors of LED Medical following the annual general meeting held on Aug. 28, 2014.

LED Medical and Al Fiore, the chairman and chief executive officer of PowerWorks, a leading provider of high-end electrical contracting services, have subsequently determined that Mr. Fiore will serve LED Medical in an advisory role instead of a directorship role.

"Al will offer LED Medical invaluable assistance and operational support as a result of his extensive experience in the dental market, including his previous experience as senior vice-president of corporate development and marketing for PracticeWorks Inc., one of the largest technology companies in the oral health care sector prior to its acquisition by the Eastman Kodak Company," stated Dr. David Gane, chief executive officer of LED Medical.

As a result, the board of directors of LED Medical consists of Darryl J. Yea (chairman), Dr. Gane, Rick Pauls, Lamar Roberts, Rodger Tourigny and Praveen Varshney.
