LION ONE ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF STOCK OPTIONS

Lion One Metals Ltd. has granted options to purchase 3,425,000 common shares of the company to officers, employees and consultants of the company, with an exercise price of $1 per share. The options have been granted pursuant to the company's 10-per-cent rolling stock option plan and will expire five years from the date of grant.
