LIONS BAY ANNOUNCES $1,200,000 FINANCING

Lions Bay Capital Inc. has resolved to complete a private placement financing of up to 20 million common shares at a price of six cents per share for total gross proceeds of up to $1.2-million.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of the financing for expenditures related to the continuing investment in, and other activities related to, its investment portfolio and for corporate working capital.

Finders' fees will be payable to eligible individuals and entities in connection with the financing in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The private placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
