KILLAM APARTMENT REIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2017 DISTRIBUTION

Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has declared its September, 2017, monthly distribution. The distribution of 5.167 cents per unit will be paid on Oct. 16, 2017, to unitholders of record on Sept. 29, 2017.

Killam Apartment offers a distribution reinvestment plan. Eligible unitholders may reinvest their cash distributions, on each distribution payment date, in additional units. Participating unitholders will receive an additional distribution of units representing 3 per cent of the amount of the distribution reinvested pursuant to the distribution reinvestment plan.
