Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust will list an additional 8,165,000 units at the open on June 2, 2016, according to the Toronto Stock Exchange. As stated in the REIT's May 26, 2016, short form prospectus, Killam plans to sell 7.1 million units at $12 per unit. It has granted to the underwriters an overallotment option to buy 1,065,000 more units at the same price for 30 days following the closing of the offering. The REIT expects to complete the offering before the open on June 2, 2016.
