ICC INTERNATIONAL CANNABIS ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE FOR NAME CHANGE

Further to the news release dated Sept. 17, 2018, ICC International Cannabis Corp. has changed its name from Kaneh Bosm Biotechnology Inc. The company's common shares will begin trading under the new name on Sept. 20, 2018. There will be no change to the symbol, and the company's common shares will continue to trade under the ticker KBB. The Cusip number assigned to the company's common shares following the name change is 451079107 (ISIN: CA45107911078). No action is required to be taken by shareholders with respect to the name change. Outstanding share certificates are not affected by the name change and do not need to be exchanged.
