INDIGO EXPLORATION INC. CLOSES FIRST TRANCHE OF NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Indigo Exploration Inc. has closed the first tranche of a previously announced non-brokered private placement.

In connection with the closing of the first tranche, the company has issued 5,125,000 units, priced at two cents per unit, for gross proceeds of $102,500. Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share, at an exercise price of five cents per share, prior to Dec. 17, 2017.

A finder's fee of $5,400, equal to 6 per cent of certain found subscriptions to the private placement, has been paid to Haywood Securities Inc.

Securities issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month hold until April 18, 2015.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital.
