INTERNATIONAL TOWER HILL MINES ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM 2017 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. has released the results from its 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders held in Vancouver, B.C., on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.
At the meeting, the company's shareholders fixed the size of the board at eight and elected the following individuals as directors of the company, with all receiving a majority of the votes cast, as shown in the attached table.

The shareholders reappointed the current auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, chartered accountant, as auditor of the company for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2017, and authorized the directors to fix its remuneration.
The shareholders approved, on an advisory, non-binding basis (say on pay), the compensation paid to the company's executive officers (98-per-cent majority) and approved both the proposed issuance of common shares to Thomas Irwin (98-per-cent majority) and the company's 2017 deferred share unit incentive plan (87-per-cent majority).
