The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 6,007,000 non-transferable bonus warrants to the following insider, in consideration of an existing $600,700 loan provided to the company. The loan is secured, non-interest bearing and is extended to mature until Jan. 31, 2020.
