Pursuant to special resolutions passed by the shareholders of each of Iron Creek Capital Corp. and Polar Star Mining Corp. on Dec. 10, 2014, the companies have completed a plan of arrangement. The plan of arrangement has been completed on Dec. 16, 2014, and has resulted in Iron Creek acquiring all of the issued and outstanding shares of Polar Star. Under the plan of arrangement, shareholders of Polar Star will receive 0.26 of a common share in Iron Creek.
