IMAGINATION PARK ENTERTAINMENT GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Imagination Park Entertainment Inc. has issued 1.4 million incentive stock options to directors of the company. The options are exercisable at 20 cents per share and are valid for a period of five years from the date of grant. The options have been granted under, and are governed by, the terms of the company's incentive stock option plan.
