MONTORO CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $47,500

International Montoro Resources Inc. has closed its private placement for $47,500.

Further to the news release of June 11, 2019, and Aug. 15, 2019, the company has completed and closed the private placement for 950,000 units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of $47,500. No further subscriptions were received following the first tranche.

The securities have been issued having a hold period expiring Nov. 26, 2019. A finder's fee of $3,000 and 60,000 warrants was paid to Haywood Securities Inc.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the financing for working capital and exploration on properties.
