The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the reduction in the exercise price of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  7,905,000

Expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 12, 2019, and Dec. 27, 2019

Original exercise price of warrants:  10 cents

New exercise price of warrants:  4,005,000 at 6.5 cents and 3.9 million at six cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to three private placements totalling 8,705,000 shares with 8,705,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 11, 2018, Dec. 20, 2017, and Dec. 22, 2017.
