IMAGIN MEDICAL ANNOUNCES STOCK OPTIONS GRANTED

Pursuant to Imagin Medical Inc.'s stock option plan, an aggregate of 2.5 million shares have been granted to certain consultants as incentive stock options at an exercise price of 40 cents per share. The options are exercisable for a period of five years, ending on Jan. 16, 2023.
