Pursuant to Imagin Medical Inc.'s stock option plan, an aggregate of 750,000 shares has been granted to certain consultants and a director of the company as incentive stock options. Two hundred thousand options have been granted at an exercise price of eight cents, and 550,000 options at an exercise price of 15 cents per share.
