ILOOKABOUT ANNOUNCES APPROVAL RECEIVED TO COMMENCE NORMAL COURSE ISSUER BID

iLookabout Corp. has received the TSX Venture Exchange's regulatory approval of the company's intent to commence a normal course issuer bid (NCIB), announced June 27, 2018. The company may purchase for cancellation up to 5,674,609 common shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX-V during the period from July 16, 2018, to July 15, 2019. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by Industrial Alliance Securities Inc. on behalf of the company.
