INTERNATIONAL CORONA CAPITAL PROVIDES UPDATE

International Corona Capital Corp. has released the results of its annual general meeting and has provided a corporate update.

The company announces the proposed slate of directors was approved by absolute majority of shareholders at its annual general meeting held on March 15, 2018. The elected board consists of Brian Bosse, Douglas MacQuarrie and Bryan Loree. Resolutions also passed at the meeting were the appointment of DeVisser Gray LLP, and approval of the company's incentive stock option plan.

Further, the company announces that it intends to actively source, evaluate and conduct due diligence on new potential projects, including, but not limited to, projects in technology, financial, resource and alternative sectors. The company will also review alternatives for its current Quebec properties, which consist of the Schefferville gold property and the Retty Lake copper-nickel-platinum-palladium property.

Given the company intends to transition away from its current focus, Ned Goodman will not be returning as chief executive officer and director. Mr. Goodman remains the company's largest shareholder and will continue to act as emeritus adviser. The company is pleased to announce Mr. Bosse as the new CEO.

International Corona wishes to thank Mr. Goodman for his contributions to the company and the country. For over 50 years Mr. Goodman has built businesses and communities within Canada. Mr. Goodman served others via a distinguished career, earning himself an induction to the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, the Investment Industry Hall of Fame and membership to the Order of Canada. Schools of both Brock University and Laurentian University are named in honour of Mr. Goodman's contributions. Mr. Goodman has been a wonderful colleague of many years for everyone at the company.
