INTEGRATED ASSET MANAGEMENT CORP. AND IAM PRIVATE DEBT GROUP ANNOUNCE FINANCINGS FOR KINECTRICS INC. AND KINECTRICS ENTERPRISES INC.

Integrated Asset Management Corp. and its private corporate debt group, IAM Private Debt Group, have closed senior loans to Kinectrics Inc. and to Kinectrics Enterprises Inc.

The capital provided to Kinectrics will be used to finance the acquisition of Wood Group's (formerly AMEC Foster Wheeler's) Nuclear Americas business (Wood AN).

Wood AN is a provider of project management, engineering design, technical consulting, safety services and life-cycle management for nuclear-power infrastructure.

The proceeds of the Kinectrics Enterprises financing will be used to finance the construction of two facilities, one near the Bruce Power facility and another in Teeswater, Ont.

Kinectrics is a leading provider of life-cycle-management solutions to the nuclear and electric utilities industries. The company offers comprehensive engineering services to help design and implement new technologies for generation, transmission, distribution and environmental applications.

IAM Private Debt Group manages and provides financing from Integrated Private Debt Fund LPs on behalf of a number of pension funds and other institutional investors. IAM PDG offers fixed-rate, investment-grade term loans to mid-market companies for such purposes as refinancing existing debt, acquisitions, plant expansion or modernization, project financing, and management buyouts.
