INDUSTRIAL ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES THE RESULTS OF THE VOTES BY BALLOT FOR THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS AND ON EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION HELD DURING THE ANNUAL MEETING

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has released the results of the votes by ballot for the election of directors and for the company's approach to executive compensation held at the company's annual meeting on May 11, 2017.
