Ms. Jocelyne Bourgon reports

JOCELYNE BOURGON BECOMES CHAIR OF THE INDUSTRIAL ALLIANCE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. has appointed Jocelyne Bourgon as chair of its board of directors. Ms. Bourgon replaces John LeBoutillier, who is retiring effective today.

Ms. Bourgon has held some of the highest offices in the Canadian public service, including deputy minister of various economic development departments, Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet.

She has extensive international experience, including with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the UN and the Commonwealth. An officer of the Order of Canada, Ms. Bourgon has been a member of the Industrial Alliance board of directors since May, 2014, and its vice-chair since May, 2016.
