INDUSTRIAL ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES THE PAYMENT OF A DIVIDEND ON ITS COMMON SHARES

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. today declared the payment of a dividend of 30 cents per outstanding common share for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2015. This dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to all common shareholders of record as at Feb. 26, 2016.

Industrial Alliance would like to remind shareholders who wish to enroll in the company's dividend reinvestment and share purchase plan that they must do so no later than 4 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2016, in order to reinvest the next dividend. Please note that the common shares issued under the DRIP will be purchased on the secondary market, and, hence, no discount will be applicable.
