Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. will delist its 6-per-cent non-cumulative Class A preferred shares, Series E, from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, according to the TSX. The exchange reports the company will redeem all the outstanding Series E shares on Dec. 31 for $26 each. It will separately pay a final quarterly dividend of 37.5 cents per share on Dec. 31 to shareholders of record on Nov. 28, 2014.
