The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Ithaca Energy Inc. will be delisted at the close on June 7, 2017. According to the TSX, Delek Group Ltd., through its affiliate, DKL Investments Ltd., has acquired all of Ithaca's remaining issued and outstanding shares for $1.95 per share, pursuant to a notice of compulsory acquisition on June 2, 2017.
