ITHACA ENERGY INC.: AIM DELISTING UPDATE

The compulsory acquisition of Ithaca Energy Inc. common shares by Delek Group Ltd. through its affiliate DKL Investments Ltd. was completed on June 5, 2017. Accordingly, the cancellation of the trading of Ithaca's shares on AIM shall take effect at 7 a.m. London time on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.
