The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Delek Group Ltd. has made an offer dated March 14, 2017, and extended by a notice of extension dated April 20, 2017, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Ithaca Energy Inc. for a cash payment of $1.95 per share.

According to the TSX, all of the conditions of the offer have been satisfied or waived, and Delek has taken up 241,293,465 Ithaca shares, representing approximately 70.25 per cent of Ithaca's outstanding shares not already owned by Delek. Delek now owns 75.98 per cent of Ithaca's issued and outstanding shares.

The TSX reports that the offer will expire at 5 p.m. Toronto time on May 3, 2017. Trades on May 3, 2017, will settle on May 5, 2017.
