HYDUKE ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT

Further to the news release of Sept. 12, 2014, in respect of the signing of a letter of intent for the sale of Hyduke Energy Services Inc.'s shares in Hyduke's 100-per-cent-owned subsidiary, Hyduke Machining Solutions, the agreement has been terminated. Hyduke and the undisclosed buyer were unable to agree upon certain terms of the agreement.
