HFX HOLDING CORP. ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT REORGANIZATION
Zhuo Cao has resigned as chief executive officer of HFX Holding Corp. Mr. Cao will continue serving as a director on
the company's board of directors.
The company also announces appointment of Michael Chieng, a director of the company, as interim chief executive officer of the company.
About HFX Holding Corp.
The company recently commenced operations as a Tier 2 mining issuer. Prior to the TSX Venture
Exchange approval of the company's acquisition of an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Kiwi property
located in Yukon as the company's qualifying transaction, HFX Holding had been a
capital pool company.
