The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement between HFX Holding Corp. and Omineca Mining and Metals Ltd. to amend the option agreement dated Feb. 15, 2013, between the company and Omineca, regarding the company's option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in the Kiwi property, Yukon Territory.

Pursuant to the amending agreement, the company has issued 100,000 common shares of the company to Omineca in lieu of the second anniversary cash payment of $40,000.
