MMJ PHYTOTECH LTD (MMJJF) FURTHER DETAILS ON OCS SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR UNITED GREENERIES

MMJ PhytoTech Ltd. attaches a copy of a news release by Harvest One Cannabis Inc., providing further details in respect of the recreational cannabis supply agreement for its subsidiary United Greeneries with the Ontario Cannabis Store (OCS), announced by MMJ yesterday.

MMJ is pleased to note the comment that Harvest One is developing a national retail strategy, details of which will be announced in the coming weeks.

MMJ owns 30.2 per cent of Harvest One.

Harvest One Cannabis is pleased to announce its wholly owned subsidiary, United Greeneries Ltd., has entered into a supply agreement with the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corp. (OCRC) to supply high-quality cannabis for on-line sales when the adult-use market launches on Oct. 17, 2018.

Under the terms of the agreement, United Greeneries will begin by supplying 15 stock-keeping units of its premium Royal High-branded cannabis to the OCRC. The range of products will be available for sale through the Ontario Cannabis Store on-line portal until the launch of the private retail system, currently scheduled for April, 2019.
