HAPPY CREEK FILES FOX TUNGSTEN NI 43-101 REPORT ON SEDAR

Further to the press release dated Feb. 27, 2018, the technical report for the Fox tungsten resource estimate has been filed on SEDAR and posted to Happy Creek Minerals Ltd.'s website.

The technical report is titled "NI 43-101 Resource Update for the RC and BN Zones and Maiden Resource Estimate for the BK Zone of the Fox Tungsten Project." This report was prepared by AGP Mining Consultants Inc. in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 with an effective date of Feb. 27, 2018.

There are no material changes to the resources disclosed within the report and as announced Feb. 27, 2018.
